We're still kinda new to this whole vacationing with kids thing. Traveling with a sub 2 year old was a (comparative) breeze. Obviously not needing the third plane ticket or generally a third meal at the restaurant are financial bonuses but they're also still figuring so much out that, at least in our case, the only things that really got in the way were nap-time, bed-time and our stamina for carrying her around.
