We're currently accepting resumes for warm and outgoing Customer Care Specialists to join the seasonal team for the upcoming holidays! This role runs from early November through the week of Christmas, about 6-8 weeks depending on your start date.

One weekend day per week is required with flexible scheduling offering 24-40 hours per week depending on your availability!


This position requires the following:

  • Availability to work at least 24 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Shifts typically run 8 hours.

  • Availability to start at least one week before Thanksgiving

  • Availability to be scheduled at least one of these days: November 27th, 28th, 29th, as well as some of the days during the week leading up to Christmas

  • At least one year of previous retail experience operating any point-of-sale system

  • Enthusiasm for Cub Shrub/Tigertree products and the ability to showcase this passion to customers

  • Personal style that aligns with the brand and fosters a positive shopping experience

  • Strong desire to get to know customers, our community, and their needs to help them choose age-appropriate products and build relationships

  • Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced retail environment with frequent interruptions and heightened foot traffic

  • Operating our point-of-sale technology/web applications to complete transactions and research product information with efficiency

  • Remaining stationary at times and traversing the store frequently for the duration of the shift

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and teammates

  • Providing a welcoming and safe environment for all guests

  • Maintaining reliability and punctuality by consistently meeting work schedule expectations

  • Demonstrating honesty and trustworthiness, taking ownership of mistakes and actively working to improve

  • Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to access products and materials

  • Mental and emotional flexibility to pivot between tasks with short notice as priorities shift

  • Basic math skills including simple percent calculations and counting change
