Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.Shipping and Handling:
Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours.
Domestic shipping is $6.95 for standard shipping. Domestic shipping is free for all orders over $99. Most packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
We offer the option to pick up online at the store for customers local to Columbus, OH. Simply choose "Pick Up" as the delivery method at check out. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email that it is ready to be picked up. Typically, in store pick up orders are ready to be picked up within an hour of order confirmation.
Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipping.

We are so sorry but for the time being we are unable to ship internationally. We just aren't able to manage our international shipping costs in a way that makes sense for both us and our customers. We hope to have this problem solved in the near future.
At this time we are also unable to fulfill shipments placed to mail forwarding services.
Please note that gift cards purchased in store will not automatically work on our website. Please email email@example.com with your card number and I will verify the card amount and add the information to our online system.
