Returns and Exchanges

Shipped orders: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges.  Returns past the 14 day window will be accepted for store credit less the shipping charges.  Items ordered with free shipping are still subject to a refund minus the actual cost of shipping.  All sales are final on sale merchandise. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.  To arrange a shipped return, please email our shop manager, Molly ( with your order number and the name of the items that didn't work out for instruction on where to send the return.
Curbside Pickup orders: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt date (the date the purchase was made, not when it was picked up) to be credited to the original form of payment or within 14 days of receipt date for store credit or exchange. All sales are final on clearance merchandise.  To arrange a curbside return or exchange, please email our shop manager, Molly ( with your order number and the name of the items that didn't work out to schedule a time/day for drop off.


If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Shipping and Handling:

Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. 


Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipping.

Rest Of The World

We are so sorry but for the time being we are unable to ship internationally.  We just aren't able to manage our international shipping costs in a way that makes sense for both us and our customers.  We hope to have this problem solved in the near future.  

At this time we are also unable to fulfill shipments placed to mail forwarding services.

Gift Cards:

Please note that gift cards purchased in store will not automatically work on our website.  Please email with your card number and I will verify the card amount and add the information to our online system.

Your credit card information and personal information is safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.
