Floral Tutu

This stunning piece is adorned with 3D flowers in a vibrant rainbow of colors, sewn onto soft and fluffy tulle. The comfortable cotton lining, in a beautiful lilac hue, adds an extra touch of comfort.

This tulle is custom made for TWE and the 3D flowers are attached by hand. This incredible fabric along with additional workmanship make this a beautiful, hand me down piece. Please note the hem is raw - meaning some flowers will be cut in half. This is just a product of using an intricate fabric to make adorable tutus.
